Packages & pricing
What's the difference between Starter, Growth, and Scale?
They differ by video volume, turnaround, and revisions. Starter is 10 videos at upto 48-hour turnaround. Growth is 30 videos at 24 hours with motion graphics included. Scale is 50 videos at 24 hours with unlimited revisions and motion graphics.
What's included in each package?
A fixed number of fully edited videos delivered, with the revisions and motion-graphics allowance listed on the pricing section.
What happens when I run out of videos in my package?
You can upgrade to a bigger package at any time.
Can I upgrade to a bigger package later?
Yes. Upgrading is available at any point, just reach out and we'll apply the difference toward your new package.
Is there a subscription, or is it a one-time purchase?
Each package is a one-time purchase for a set number of videos, there's no recurring subscription or auto-renewal.
Delivery & turnaround
What's your turnaround time?
We offer upto 24 hours turnaround.
How many revisions do I get?
We offer unlimited revisions.
What if I'm not happy with the first draft?
Send specific feedback on our (timestamps help) and your editor revises your video at no extra charge.
How will I receive my finished videos?
We follow your lead, wherever you are comfortable.
Payment & billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payment and payoneer.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — every package is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
Can I cancel after purchasing a package?
Yes, cancel anytime. If you cancel within 7 days you're covered by the money-back guarantee; reach out and we'll get you your refund.
Do prices include tax?
Package prices are shown before any applicable local tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your billing details.
Editors & workflow
Will I have the same editor every time?
Yes, you're matched with a dedicated editor during onboarding who learns your style and stays on your account.
How do I send footage and instructions?
Upload raw footage to your shared drive folder and send a Loom if you want to add context. That's all your editor needs to start.
Do you handle motion graphics and captions?
Motion graphics are included on Growth and Scale.
What if I need to give feedback mid-edit?
We upload videos on frame.io for feedback, you can add specific feedback anytime.

How do I get started?
Book a call for a quick 20-minute discovery chat, then choose the package that fits your video volume.
Do I need to prepare anything before the discovery call?
Just a rough idea of your content style and how many videos a month you need edited — we'll work out the rest together.
Can I try before committing to a package?
Yes, we do offer test edits that you can have for $60.
